Shipping Policy

A flat rate of $10 applies for shipping within Australia for orders under $150.00.  

Free Shipping for orders over $150

All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard satchels. $10

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within three business days, unless the orders are on 'pre-order' status. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order with standard shipping.  If you live in a regional area, please allow a few extra days for delivery.  Express post orders will be received within 1-2 business days from the date of the parcel being shipped.

We will re-deliver, replace or refund any parcel that is incorrectly labelled by us. We do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.

All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been lodged for delivery, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels or packages damaged in transit.  Please contact Australia Post or the nominated courier and advise them that your order has not arrived.  You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail.  If the carrier is unable to locate your item, please contact us at sales@edwinajordan.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry for you.

 

TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order is dispatched from our head office, we will email you with a specific tracking number for your convenience, which you can track easily.

INTERNATIONAL RATES

Edwina Jordan deliver all international orders using Australia Post “pack and track” and charge a flat rate of $40. During sale and peak periods as well as orders placed on public holidays, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st will be shipped the next business day, Please allow 5-10 working days to receive your parcel once it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a courtesy email containing your tracking number, this will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package. IMPORT TAXES

Since we offer a flat rate of $40 for shipping worldwide, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

Return & Exchange Policy

For a full refund or exchange you need to contact us at sales@edwinajordan.com.au and return the items to: Edwina Jordan within 7 days of receiving your item/s. (address will be supplied once you have emailed us your issue)

 

All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging.

 

We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

 

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price of the item/s.

*Please note: If you choose to obtain a refund due to Change of Mind, shipping costs will NOT be included in the refund.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We will gladly refund or exchange any faulty or damaged product.  Please e-mail sales@edwinajordan.com.au with photographic evidence and we will be in-touch with you within 1-2 business days.

Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.  Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

*We will include return shipping costs on the faulty or damaged item.

We don't offer exchanges or returns on sale or discounted items.

FURS

Please note that there is NO REFUND available for furs.  All furs are cut to order and so are therefore custom made and a cannot be returned.
